I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms are sufficient for single or double occupancy, but lacking windows. However, if you need a larger room, they do offer bigger options than some other hotels. The service was above average, with immediate room changes upon complaints and consistently friendly and helpful staff. The strategic location near the north and south expressways and various eateries was convenient, but could improve on food delivery services from nearby mamak restaurants. The dining experience was decent but could use more variety to match expectations. Overall, it was a stay with some positives and some areas for improvement.
